Crescente is a boutique consultancy specialising in developing leaders, managers and teams.
We design, test and deliver all types of learning and development interventions to give your people useful skills and knowledge that they need to be awesome at work. Typical assignments range from an hour of career coaching or a half-day training course, through to fully tailored multi-day development programmes.
Our Story
For nearly 20 years we’ve been hard at work putting a modern twist on developing managers, leaders and teams. Our roots are designing and delivering tailored development programmes for businesses and individuals. We’ve been lucky enough to work across most industries and sectors including premium brands, defence, manufacturing, law, construction, nuclear, tech, military, healthcare… you name it. Our Crescent… e?
The city of Bath is famous for many things, including some rather splendid Georgian-period architecture. Pictured is The Royal Crescent, build between 1767 and 1775.
Slightly less well known (but equally splendid) is Crescente, Bath’s local specialist management and leadership training company and CMI centre.
By-the-way, we pronounce them the same.
