Case Study: Selwood Housing
Selwood Housing is a social landlord and a charity managing over 7000 homes in Somerset and Wiltshire. They actively build new homes to address the UK housing crisis and aim to build 1,700 more affordable homes by 2034.
Crescente is proud to have supported the Selwood Housing Management Development Programme since 2018.
Participants attend eight training days together as a group over a period of six months. Topics covered ensure managers can excel in their roles to deliver the organisation’s ambitious strategic goals. There is a mandatory project and a mandatory CMI qualification component.
The level of seniority and experience within these groups is mixed, and they all learn together. To build both competence and confidence, we deliver both CMI level 3 and level 5 accreditation options, with the group being a mixture of new and experienced managers.
