CMI Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring
The CMI Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring is available in three ‘sizes’ according to the number of units you want to study. The qualification is modular, so you can top-up from Award to Certificate to Diploma. All units are available for self study with Crescente, so you can learn exactly what you want to.

About This Qualification
Don’t be put off by it being a level 3 qualification, even experienced and senior managers will learn a lot by completing this qualification, without over doing it on the study time.
