The qualifications are available to study at level 5 and level 7 giving you opportunity for progression throughout your management career. Whether you are new to diversity and inclusion, or have years of experience, there’s a level to suit your unique development needs.

These are some of our most popular CMI qualifications over the past few years.
The level 5 qualification is great for people managing and leading teams with a special interest in driving a progressive and inclusive culture. It is also great for people looking to take the lead in Diversity and Inclusion at work.
The level 7 qualification has a broader appeal than the more HR-focussed alternatives out there. Most of the people taking this qualification with us are either currently in, or working towards working in EDI roles. That’s either as part of their job, or looking to specialise or move into a specialist role. You’ll need to write a (real or hypothetical) EDI strategy and show how you’d implement it and embed.
