CMI Level 4 in Management and Leadership qualifications bridge the gap from level 3 to level 5. There’s not many units to choose from, but don’t be put off, there’s some interesting topics here that you won’t find at level 5. At level 4 you probably have some management experience, though this is not an essential requirement.

CMI Level 4 in Management and Leadership
The CMI Level 4 in Management and Leadership is available in three ‘sizes’ according to the number of units you want to study. The qualification is modular, so you can top-up from Award to Certificate to Diploma. All units are available for self study with Crescente, so you can learn exactly what you want to.
