The CMI Level 7 Leadership Coaching and Mentoring qualifications contains some really interesting units. People tend to start with 7017 or 7020 both of which are quite challenging. As you can see from the unit choices, the emphasis here is on creating learning cultures and transformation. Checkout the Level 5 Professional Coaching Practice qual if you need something more hands-on.

The CMI Level 7 Leadership Coaching and Mentoring is available in three ‘sizes’ according to the number of units you want to study.
