About This Qualification

Having run the CMI Level 7 Strategic Approaches to Mental Health and Wellbeing qualification for a number of years it seems to have a fairly broad appeal. In task 1 you’ll look at approaches to creating a positive culture, and in task 2 you’ll need to come up with your own real or hypothetical strategy and delivery plan to promote mental health across an organisation.

The unit culminates in leaders being given the opportunity to propose a series of recommendations to create and sustain a positive culture of mental health and wellbeing within an organisational context.
