About This Qualification
The aim of the CMI Level 5 Management and Leadership qualification is to provide middle managers with everything they need to be effective in their role. There’s a great range of operational management fundamentals and specialist knowledge here. This degree-level qualification offers breadth and progression. Achieve the Diploma to access fast-track Chartered Manager (CMgr) status.

525 | Using Reflective Practice to Inform Personal Professional Development Reflective practice is an essential management tool which supports the development of knowledge, skills and behaviours in the workplace.
